Beautiful product! Sadly The day I was to pick up my bedspread and pillows I received a text from my sales person who was on vacation in Hawaii who told me there was an error and I would need to pay more to have the four pillows stuffed. I mentioned when I placed the order I was told that the pillows would be down filled. I assumed that was included in the price as I paid over $ 2000 for fabrics and labor. I even thought to myself after placing the order no wonder it’s a bit pricey as they used down, very happy thinking I was getting the best. Not the case I ended up getting synthetic filler for my pillows because I didn’t want to pay 450+ dollars more, I did have to pay an extra amount for the Synthetic fill. The owner didn’t feel she had any responsibility because she didn’t make the error and told me to take it up with the sales person when she got back. Out of all of this the part that upset me the most was the owners response and the fact that she said she has no responsibility in the matter. I don’t understand this thinking when you own a business isn’t it your job to make things right with a customer knowing sometimes errors are made. Lesson learned look a receipt close ask questions don’t assume anything. There’s more but you get the drift!

Made me 3 pair of gorgeous, pinch-pleated linen drapes. Lining is marvelous, they hang perfectly. I could be more delighted!! Came back for another pair of drapes and will likely have a bedcover made next.

I did a fire extinguisher inspection here the other day. I am impressed with the wonderful things and great selection of bedroom and living room supplies they have in stock. Not to mention much of it is hand made in there back warehouse.

I own 2 king and 1 queen bedspread from K&R bedspreads. The quality is superior. 2 of my spreads are 20 years old and still look beautiful. You will get tired of them before they were out!! The staff is very friendly and knowledgable and helpful.
