Lack of Communication with the provider from last month, and also - they didn't keep my appointment on time from last month, and again this month. Karen tried to make me pay and accept the fact that my appointment will not be at 9am. They are into money, not customers experience. The bottom line when they schedule me an appointment which they couldn't keep and flaked out on me twice! So if you guys want to make this right, contact me via email or phone.

They’re supposed to send an e-mail of the diet outline and I never got it. They had the wrong email and I called Twice and corrected it but still nothing. I’d really like the outline so I can Continue to stay on track.

I'm a customer. They charge me $100.00 a month. But you have to go to a 2 hour class before you start and that costs, I think it was $165.00
Our Orem location is, but our Salt Lake location isn't.
