Couldn’t have had a worse experience. Driver travels around 70 miles to get a load. He arrives only to find out that the load was already picked up. These people won’t even pay a tonu that will cover your expenses. To get their already cheap freight.

We have terminals in Clinton, Elburn, and Palatine. Closest is Palatine. About an hour away. I hope this helps!
If it's after 5pm there are only two people on duty, then later there is only one on duty till 11pm. After 11pm calls go to an answering service for emergencies only.
