Nothing but good things to say about this place and the staff, especially Scooter. My car needed 1 new wheel bearing. I took it to Big O and they gave me a quote of over $700 for that one small part, bc they said to fix that part I’d have to purchase this and that as a kit. I decided I’d give midtown a chance to beat their rate and I was blown away!! They texted me an estimate for the repair shortly after dropping my car off…which was about $500 lower than Big O’s quote! They then did the repair quickly and texted me when it was done. The final price even ended up lower than the original estimate. Scooter was amazing!! He was so kind and reassuring that my car would be safe to drive, even without all the extra parts that Big O was trying to sell me. If you go here, know that you will be treated fairly and honestly, no matter who you are. I would feel comfortable going in without my husband or brother—which, as a woman I greatly appreciate!! Thank you so much, Midtown team!! P.S. they do get very very busy so you may need to make an appointment.

A check engine light came on and I stopped by to see if they would scan it real quick. It literally takes less than 3 minutes to plug in a scanner and be done. The guy wouldn’t even look at me to say “no”.

You get what you pay for and what you are paying for here is accurate estimates, awesome communication through text messages (no more waiting on hold for 20 min only to get hung up on), great use of technology and a great bedside manner..
