My son made a mistake when depositing a check by putting a lesser amount. The bank locked his account with no explanation, for weeks we kept going back and fourth with the representatives. Then fraud was committed on his account after they locked it. It took weeks for them to return the money. We still are waiting for the remaining balance. Then he sets up another appointment to reopen a account, with 2 appointments being canceled on their end. Only to be told he can not open a account with Chase no money.

It's a below average banking experience at this Chase bank location. If you're not opening up or signing up for something big they don't treat you like a valued customer.

This morning I walked in signed in at 9:47 to speak to a banker. And received BAD customer service. I waited 30 minutes to get skipped from speaking to a banker and not only that but when the banker that had to help me was told I was next he didnt want to help me because he had already called some one else. What was I suppose to do? Sign in again and wait another 30 minutes? This bank has very bad customer service ALLWAYS two tellers two bankers and customers waiting. The teller that helped me I felt was throwing my recipt and money at me. I had a very bad experience going in there today. Usually is bad but today was the worst.

The worst if your military. They give you the run around, transferring you the whole time if all you want to do is close a single account. The worst in customer support bc they don't care about meeting your special circumstances.

That I don't know about that you might have you called chase bank or go in person for more information.
Sorry to hear that of your experience that why I don't go to that one either same thing happened to me as well. I usually go to the one closest to down the block where I live they aren't like that.
Go to chase bank talk to the person when you walk inside just tell them you want to make a new account if you have you're ID and you're Social security card they will help you straight out in that moment.
