I really like Dairy Queen's cheeseburgers. I hadn't been there for a while and I was shocked to find out that their basic double cheeseburger was over $7.

Disappointed in customer service skills. A birthday cake was ordered from this location. (Mind you they are not cheap). Upon picking it up, it was noticed that the decorations were completely incorrect. Rather than take accountability for the mistake, the manager (claimed he was a manager) stated that we could either pay full price or not take cake. No interest in making it right or any consideration for our frustration. The birthday party is tomorrow, so we had no other choice than to pay for it. Really acted like they would go bankrupt over discounting a cake that they incorrectly made. Have been ordering cakes here for years and never had any issues, will no longer be returning to this location, and will be contacting higher level management over this experience.
