Walked right in and got the parts I needed. The only reason i didnt give 5 stars is the next time I came to get parts no one showed up in the morning to open shop. Waited half hour

I paid cash for the items but I am sure that as a business that sells all kinds of mowers and brush cutters they would take valid cards
Hello Tammy! Zerr's is open today from 9am to 1pm (3/31/18). If you bring it to the shop they will look at it and talk you through their work process. They don't do appointments, but you can drop off your weed waker and they will look at it when they get to it in the que of waiting projects. Feel free to call them and ask for Reid and he will help you out, and explain what they do far better than I can.
