The two who came to pick me were wonderful!! They had to bring me down the stairs on a wheel chair thing. Two sets of stairs!!! I just closed my eyes! They got me down and loaded me. The woman I think she knew I was very nervous. She talked to the whole time!!! Thank you!!!
