They refuse to do timely repairs when I contacted them for over a year. I had a leak in my bathroom/ kitchen ceiling. Mold was growing in my ceiling because they refused to fix it properly. I had to replace the electrical outlet covers myself by buying the item at home Depot, even though I reported.Everything that they do fix breaks the same day. They also refused to put my children and boyfriend onto the lease for over two years. And refused to put us onto a wait-list for a 3 bedroom. I have 4 kids squeezed into one room. They have lied several times saying they didn't receive financial papers with my ss#that I placed into a drop box on their office door.

My mother and I were the first to move into Apt. 83 in 1983. I was 14 years old then, back then it was a very nice place to live. I went on to college working Probation / Parole for 20 years now the Asset Manager for the Housing Authority City of Yuma.
