Where do I start with the worst customer service I ever had, My car broke down in my yard and I needed to get back to New York for my job. I returned the rental car on Tuesday night and on Wednesday morning I phoned Enterprise and they told me that they could not find the vehicle and the keys, I had to tell them to look at the camera and you will find both keys and vehicle. I work for a dealership in NY and this is no way to treat a customer I felt like they thought I stole the vehicle. Whenever I rent a car in NY I always rent from enterprise but never again from your office. I asked your representative if I could leave it in NY instead of driving it back to Manheim and they told me no. I know its not going to do any good but I am writing this for the customers that will be making a big mistake walking into your office in the future. I would give no stars but the review would not be accepted.
