I shop here 4-5 days a week, since I work in the same shopping center. I won't be back to this location tho. I went in and wanted them to price match an item that was a lower price online, something I've done numerous times. For some reason I was informed that the Manger doesn't allow this. It's an item I can literally order for pickup and will be ready within 30 minutes. All of a sudden the incompetent night crew can't do it. I won't be back Walgreens. Boo the Manager and the ignorant staff.

I would give this place negative stars if I could. I own a condo around the corner and have been on the same medication since before I bought the condo. I had standing prescriptions with that location, yet every single month they would be out of stock on the same medication. Every month when I finally did get to pick out up, I would remind them that I'd be back every month for the same thing, and it would be lovely if they'd fill all of my prescriptions at once, and every month, they didn't care, acted apathetic to snarky whenever I did mention it, and we're never helpful or kind. This is literally the worst place I have ever been to, except for a 7-Eleven where the clerk assaulted me. That's the only worst store I've been to. The night staff is apathetic to rude, and definitely don't want to be there, and definitely don't want you to be there, either. If you don't like your job, you can always get a different one, but please don't take it out on the customers.

This is by far the worst experience I have had with people in healthcare. I would rate this pharmacy zero stars if I could. I went into the pharmacy to get my booster shot, and the pharmacist there (I wish I had gotten her name so I could be more specific in my complaint to Walgreens customer service) was so short, terse, and rude with me. For example, when she asked for my CDC card I replied with “I don’t have it but I do have a paper copy of my record from Austin Public Health” to which she cut me off and said in the most haughty, disgusted tone “I just need to see something maam okay” which I thought was extremely unnecessary because I was just trying to explain that I did have a record of my vaccinations it just wasn’t the official cdc card and would it be okay. That set the whole tone for the rest of the interaction. There was some problems with obtaining some insurance information that I admit I could have resolved before coming in but that pharmacist (short, medium sized woman in her 30s with thin pink eyeglass frames) was so evidently rude with me. She also never asked me if I wanted the moderna vaccine or the flu shot but asked the other people after me so sweetly. She also had the audacity to treat the other people after me so sweetly (as someone should treat a patient) with the exception of one snap to a customer. Nobody even bothered to tell me that I had to stay in the store for a little bit after receiving the shots (I had to ask them myself). I understand if you’re burnt out by dealing with people, especially working in the healthcare industry, but I did not do anything to warrant that kind of disgusting attitude. Needless to say, I will be finding a way to go to Walgreens customer service about this. But hey, at least I’m boosted now or whatever.
