The online check in at Great clips on 12th st in Forest Lake MN is a complete waste of time. Your still going to end up waiting an extra half hour. Needless to say I had better things to do and ended up not getting my haircut after wasting my entire morning waiting.

Super easy to get in with the app. No wait time. I'm very happy with my cut, I had four inches of length taken off. Since I have long hair she had me stand and that technique makes for a straighter appearance than sitting in the chair. I will definitely go back.
