I'm in Reading and the 2 nearest authorized brother service centers are this one and Lancaster (so I'm pretty much in the middle). Was leaning towards Lancaster (cause fabric shops!!). Called the 2 locations and this one had a much faster turnaround time so I went here. Service was excellent, turnaround time was shorter than what they had quoted. They were very friendly, offered great advise and even let me know i had a knee bar that I didn't know existed! (Came home and found it in my original box). This will definitely remain my go to shop for service and repairs. My machine works like new!
