I’ve been calling them for like a week and a half now. I have a busy schedule and I thought it would be easier to call but it is not. I left about 3 voicemails and no one had yet to return my call, if you’re understaff I get it. But at least let us know, that someone will call back or something like this is ridiculous if I’m being honest.

I don't think so. I was just there about a week or so ago and it was still closed. There's a mail slot for you to put in some documents and that's about it.
