Prices change via time and train choice
Trains run all day, you can pick the best times that work for you. There is parking at Wilmington station. Train ticket cost vary depending on the time of day, and the type trains you choose. Early morning trains are inexpensive. I made a reservation coming back from NY but I just showed up at the Wilmington station and purchased a ticket at box office to New York without a reservation.. Again the trains run all day so you'll get on a train even if you have to wait 30min or less. Strictly up to how you like to travel and the budget you are comfortable spending. You can go on Amtrak website and look at schedule to better plan your trip or they were very friendly and helpful at the train station. I can't tell you if there is a charge for parking at the station because I Uber but I did see the parking lot with passengers coming and going.
Nope..not with Amtrak train.. but you can take a septa and it will go to all the terminals.
Type in your maps app your destination and put wilm Station as your starting pt and hit directions. Hit the train logo up top second from left and it.will give you directions for live times 24/7
Amtrak’s Northeast Regional train stops at both Wilmington and Newark Intl Airport (EWR). I believe EWR is 3 stops down the line.
6.50 one way. 13.00 R/T or 13 for a day pass
There is a garage just to the right of the Amtrak station for people to use, I am not sure if the daily rate.
I’ve ridden Amtrak a lot and have never gotten sick because of the food (although I have overeaten in some of the long-haul dining cars). :-)
Dart to Georgetown Highs store. Then dart all the way into Rehoboth
Catch the train from Wilmington de n take it to philly just look on Google maps
Limited Meter and street parking are available. There are two parking structures directly across the street from the station. There currently is a new parking structure under construction, scheduled to be completed in December of 2019. This makes parking limited. Additional parking available within half a mile. PLAN AHEAD!
Check out https://www.amtrak.com/pets for info about traveling on Amtrak with a pet.
You should arrive 45 minutes prior to your train's scheduled departure time to check in baggage. I would suggest confirming that the train you are scheduled to catch and the destination you are going to offers checked baggage and the restrictions associated.
The station is open to the public until 1a
B/twn $11-15 pd
Philadelphia 30th Street Station is the closest. Connection can be made via local transit (SEPTA) from there.
What Ray Siciliano said is correct.
Yes
I'm not sure but call the train station and ask
30 minutes allow you to go to the bathroom at the train station across the street
Yes. If waiting, there is a parking garage directly across st. If they are waiting outside, no problems to stop, pick up, n go. If during rush hours, use the parking garage. Inexpensive.
