You get a blue chip upon entering, instead of a ticket. Don't lose it! It's $65 to replace it! Upon exiting you put the blue chip into the machine, pay, and exit.

That was the worst of parking cheating I've ever seen and heard. Never get the blue coins from service guy when you see billing machine is broken. Those coins are pre-programmed for 2-3 days no matter for how many hours you leaved the car. You will never get money back so call to Police immediately.

Yes garage is open. You may be able to use spothero to reserve a spot. But there is always room. Just pull in and park. Make sure not to lose your blue parking chip when you enter.
