It is a complete mess in their offices. Their receptionists are poorly trained and nothing gets completed. I asked for a new referral for my mother a week prior to her PT and it never got taken care of. I call snapping out asking why it never got taken care of. I will be filing a complaint with the director. No accountability whatsoever.

Dr. Theresa Pazionis is an excellent Sport Orthopedics Surgeon! Excellent bedside manner. She takes her time to explain the pros and cons from the beginning of your treatment through surgery, physical therapy and follow-up visits. Will answer any questions with patience and understanding. I would highly recommend Dr. Pazionis for any Orthopedics needs!

TERRIBLE STAFF JUST TERRIBLE !!! And Very prejudiced if I didn’t see it for myself I wouldn’t have believed it VAUGHN! How you sleep at night I have no idea and this company should not allow this type of behavior at your office

Front desk staff are extremely ignorant, they take all morning laughing and talking among themselves while patients wait to be serviced and when they done with themselves they ask if they can help you in a sarcastic manner. Where is the front desk customer service??
