Fast and convenient. I appreciate that I don’t have to get out of my car to get tested.

Unresponsive! Bad customer service. The testing process was fine but trying to get my test refunded has been a nightmare. This company initially does not send claims to the insurance company but, my insurance will not allow members to submit their own claims. I have been trying to get into contact with Covid Clinic for months - they never answer their phones, it takes weeks for them to answer emails (and even when they do they just forward you to someone else), and even driving to the actual clinic and talking to someone there did me no good. It wouldn't be a huge deal but the test was $300! I am very dissatisfied with their costumer service.

If you're not in a rush and are okay with waiting for your results for a long period of time then apply for the no cost +2 day wait test but if you need a quick test that gives you your results within an hour then save yourself $199 and DO NOT GO HERE. I applied for the rapid results test, it's been 48 hours since I've taken it and I still haven't gotten my results yet. I'm currently trying to get through to them through phone calls, emails and their website to get a refund like they said I can but I've gotten nothing yet. I understand there's been a big surge recently with cases but surely there has to be some way where they can work through it and still be reliable. I'm sorry but it's a 1 star for me.

This place is a run by Grifters who are taking advantage of the pandemic. Their website was having issues and there wasn't anywhere for me to put my insurance information for a rapid test. My insurance does cover rapid tests. We tried calling to get assistance but no answer so we drove up and got in line. One of the workers came by our window in line and asked if we were registered. I told him we were trying but it won't let me put in insurance and asked if he knew how. He didn't even offer to help. He just said, if you aren't registered, get out of line. Okay. Bye.

No, the actual results come with a link you can access with your birthday, though. When you pre register, you receive a QR code by email for the appointment.
