So this review isn't for just the store this is for the 4 visits we have done in the last 6months around the valley. Not one visit nor the service you get with your newest stuff is worth more than 2 or 3 stars. The only time I get a good 5 g or 4g signal in this valley is when I'm in the store. Coverage is lousy promises are broken. Just a big let down. I suspect from talking with other people with other carriers that Verizon isn't any worse than the others but the entire technology push and no infrastructure to support it is getting old.

If I could rate this place zero stars, I would. They were the most disrespectful group of people. Would not work with me, ignored me, and treated me like I was stupid. It was a girl and a guy working on 9/19 around 7:00 PM. My family lives in a different state and Verizon messed up our account with who the account owner was. They wouldn’t allow me to purchase a new phone even with my family on the line. Would happily switch over to a new provider with the way they treated me. Don’t recommend going to a place where they are unhappy to help.
