Had a package with a bad address that was kind of time critical important for son's birthday while we were on vacation. It was really cool seeing how all the magic happens on the processing of packages side of things. I must've had 6-8 people ask me if I had been helped while they were keeping their schedules and routines maintained - totally impressive! After about 10-15 minutes of hanging out, the "guy" that could help me listened to my issue, disappeared for a minute and had my package all within minutes. These guys are top notch and have their stuff dialled in. I hope to never make the same mistake I made on having package sent but if I do I can only hope my experience with retrieval is just as smooth as this experience

Edit: For whatever reason, UPS sends packages here occasionally with a notice that it cannot be delivered to your normal address. Therefor this location becomes an outlet for frustration through reviews on google. I'm sure they do their best so I've modified my review to a 3 star.
