a great place to live!! it is 5 minute drive from byu campus and about a 15 minute walk. The apartments are big and the management is so nice and helpful.

Horrible. The office would never wve take care of a problem. They would tell you that the supervisor was not there and the girls in the office acted like they unaware of anything. Charges were incorrect, would be told they would be refunded and then they would have some story on how it was not an overcharge. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

The management is all new and is much better than those who were previously here. They've been very personable, on top of needs by tenants, and helpful! No apartment is perfect so it's nice to have management you can easily reach and work with! Would definitely recommend living here!

There are dicey moments because of the ownership transition but overall management is helpful, apartments are nice, and the price is reasonable
