I lived here for 2 years. 1st year not under Redstone Management and 2nd year with Redstone Management. Not under Redstone Management, the place was pretty good. The management was easy to contact, they were organized, and it was a convenient place to live. Like many other Redstone Management places, this place quickly turned into super expensive housing, poor service, and extremely inconvenient circumstances. The day after we we were notified that Redstone took over, They tried to kick us out of the apartment within 2 days so that they could renovate the apartments. Luckily our stake president was an attorney and threatened to take them to court since they were not following the BYU Housing Rules nor the state of Utah housing rules, and they gave us a week before kicking us out for the summer. Come to found out, they only renovated 1 building the whole summer and I came back to an unrenovated apartment. Halfway into that contract, they kicked us out again to move to a "renovated" apartment. The renovations were surface level, and they were not good. The drawers never fit into place, the doors didn't fit the frames, the fridge and oven were put in on a tilt, so the fridge would leak and trays in the oven would fall to the back. To top it all off, during the summer, our AC went out, and they sent a guy 2 days later to come and look at it. Our apartment was at 90 degrees during the 2 nights. The guy looked at it then left, didn't fix anything, and we spent another day in a 90 degree apartment with my 5 roommates. We called again and the guy came, said it was fixed, left, and sure enough it wasn't fixed. We spent another 2 nights in a 90 degree apartment. We called again about it and they said they would send a repairman in 3 days. We asked if they would do anything to compensate for the 10 days of being in a 90 degree apartment and they said, "Since it hasn't quite reached the 'dangerous' temperature zone during the night, we aren't obliged to do anything about it". The dangerous zone is 93 degrees and during the hot summer day, it would hit 93 or 92 degrees. All in all, it was a shame to see this place go to shambles, but that's Redstone Management for you. Don't get housing from any Redstone Managed places. This was my 3rd apartment complex that was owned by Redstone, and the reason I left all 3 was because of the management. Don't live here and find somewhere else not owned by them.

They’re trying to charge like $450 for tiny shared rooms with one desk each hahahahaha

RainTree does not care about the welfare of their residents. The do not place money or effort into customer satisfaction. They never answer the phone and their voice mailbox is full.

Megan is absolutely correct. If you need a place, you can check out Bittany and some other shared spots close to campus. I know a couple of them are still available
