From the moment I called to book my appointment until I walked out the door, the Customer Service was EXCELLENT! Moreover, my Massage Therapist was professional, considerate, and listened very well. I would highly recommend Hand and Stone University City to everyone!

I called in to book a female therapist for my fiancé, however when we arrived he was scheduled for a male therapist. We were going to have to cancel our appointments, costing “us” $35 for the confusion. However Shontay and Dana were determined to help us. They made calls and asked around for a female therapist. They were able to find JoJo in the nick of time and we were able to have a lovely experience. If you go, ask for them, you will be in good hands! Thank you ladies.😍❤️❤️❤️

Beautiful tranquil atmosphere. Unfortunately I did not enjoy my massage at this location. The masseuse did not pay attention to the areas that were bothering me. I told her my neck and shoulders and she rubbed the middle of my back for the majority of the appt time. I asked for deep tissue but it felt like my husband was trying to give me a massage. Not deep at all. Still no relief in that area. 😕 I guess I'll throw the dice and try another location. P.S. the staff was friendly and professional.
