I went to this bike shop years ago and thought the price I was quoted was very high for whatever I needed done at the time. I would’ve never gone back but I read the reviews and they sounded wonderful so I tried again. There was hardly any space to walk. I go up to the front desk, the guy in front of me moves so he can see me. I’m looking right at him and he continues to talk to the guy never once looking to say … I’ll be right with you, and he’s having a conversation with someone, someone interrupted him to ask a question. He answers them and then continues talking to the guy in front of me. At any point he could he could have let me know he’d be with me soon. Very rude in my opinion.

Scott was very helpful and accommodating while I decided on a bike. Got to take the bike for a “test drive” before purchasing which was very helpful. So happy we have a bike shop in Vineland; always happy to support local businesses!
