The metro rep didn't do the correct process on tranfering my info from my old ph to my new ph. And he didn't tell me to pay my bill before they cut it off.

Yes you have to pay to change your number. The only way you don't have to pay is of you log into your account online and do it from the internet
This is the third phone from metro,are they sending a signal through the phone to make the screen crack so you have to get a new one. Im thinking about changing carriers.
I live near Metro, don't work for them. Metro sells garbage headsets all around so I'd go to Walgreens, Wal-Mart, etc... That's what I did. Hope I helped bro.
