Never get anything fixed here. They charge for diagnose and then think they fix it. Then when you bring it back with the same problem they say no that’s a new problem. Then you go to the back of the line and wait another week and then guess what. They think they fixed it again and same problem comes back. And guess what they put me to the back of the line again and then say it’s another problem again but it’s the same problem that i brung it in the first time. Basically they will put you out of business not fixing your truck.

One of the worst places that you can take your truck to. The employees there do not have real good experience and they are very slow on getting things done and some I don't think they know what they're doing. Have no clue to what's going on.

Masks are mandatory, hand sanitizer is readily available for both employees and customers, social distancing is recommended.

Take it to service. It is no longer a "sales" issue at the little info of "running rough" it's a service issue for now. Take it to the service department. At which point you take it from there probably paying your bill in the end, afterall it is a machine they do need regular service and then some... But calling them and asking is wonderful if Crystal balls existed but sadly they do not. So until you take it in to service and have it diagnosed! THEN fix* then pay your bill, you don't want to cause any more damage running it. Yet you don't want to lose money by not running so thus is simple really! Take it into service and get ofdline!!! Just saying 😂

Do you have a blower motor for a 2017 kenworth 680 it is the front blower
