Omg, awesome best time I had in years I will go again.

I was attacked by 2 incompetent security guards at a show. They gave no indication they were security and began aggressively pushing their way through the crowd from behind. When I tried to get the hands of the stranger who was pushing me from behind off me I was ambushed by 2 of them which resulted in me having a bloody lip, bruises on my arms, and of course getting escorted out. It ruined my girlfriend's and my night during just the second song of the headlining band. I understand that anyone reading this would initially assume that I was in the wrong but the security practices in place are atrocious. One would think that security would wear bright shirts that say security, they wore black shirts that said SPSS in small letters. One would think the security would be large people, the person that was pushing me had to be < 5"6 and pushing me with all his effort. One would think security would have flashlights, they didn't. One would think that security wouldn't be violently pushing their way through the crowd with absolutely no matter of importance. And most obviously, one would think that security would attempt to loudly announce "SECURITY" when they're trying to get through a crowd, but they didn't. I give a very small amount of credit to the box office manager who offered me re-admission to the same show that was happening the following night, which I was not able to attend, and a small amount of credit to the general manager who got me my refund, but they were both incredibly unsympathetic and most importantly to me, put forth 0 effort to look for or speak to the incompetent security guard that caused the whole thing. And even though I got my refund I had to jump through hoops to get it. After having no success reaching a human via phone, I had to play email tag for 4 weeks until I got it. I go to to a lot of concerts, more than 20 this year alone, but I will never return to this place and I would discourage anyone else to return without any significant change of managership/security practices.

Summer stage were all ages
There are some bar stools inside first come first served. This of course is only good for inside events. Like others said summer stage there is no hope of a seat.
Generally all ages, 21 to drink but check.
Shows are all ages unless otherwise noted on the website calendar... I see nothing that says it isn't all ages
Yes
Yes but they will search it and pat everyone down.
An hour after gates open. So probably 6:30.
No, it is inside. A lot less people can see it, so get tickets early.
Cameras are ok
Nope
It's not like a regular bar. Normally open Fri sat n sun nights but they do sell Tix for shows and they'll let you check itvout
They usually do refunds. Contact them or Ticketmaster (whoever you bought through). If it's a sold out show, you can also probably turn a profit on StubHub
Parking is a nightmare for summer weekends. Leave extra time to find a spot or take the train
Doors are usually 7pm.
Our merchandise section is open from 12 to 5 but the bar is only open during show hours Thank you
I got a live voice by calling the box office. If they don't give you a manager, call the police.
No
Proof of vaccination, required. Masks, optional. There is no concert seating in front of the stage, it's standing room only and can get very crowded for top acts. There are 3 bar areas inside around the periphery, with seating (barstools) around the bars, but the view of the stage can be limited there, and you better get there VERY early to get one of those seats. GREAT PLACE FOR A SHOW!
I would give them a call. I want to be able to give you a honest answer so I cannot. It is best to call to find out.
You can call or go to the box office during regular business hours. (That's where the lost and found is located)
The show is happening at the Stone Pony on Toadies 10/22.
It depends on the show. The venue itself doesn't have any protocol for vax/unvaxxed...but each individual tour may or may not require either proof of vaccination and/or a negative covid test from the past 72 hours
No. Not a bar. It's a concert venue. You can go in to buy merch!
You need to call The Stone Pony IMMEDIATELY. The summer is approaching and they do book up fast. The place is cool and has a lot of history from many bands.
It's a music venue so probably varies. Check the website
FYI It's the E Street Shuffle, not band
Ok, you should call stone pony and make arrangements, I dont work for them
8/2 Ben Folds & Violent Femmes 8/3 Shut Up with Hot Blood and Fetal Rage 8/4 Rebelution with Protoje and Collie Buddz Nothing listed for 8/5
Did you can buy tickets online
Idk if they change it for specific shows, but there was no requirement when I was there a few weeks ago
When?
First bands go on between 7 and 9 usually.
If they say 6 that means likely 7 so 5-530 should give you plenty of time
Depends on the show. The last one I went to see, they opened the doors at 9.
Do you know what the days / times their open?
Will it be part of outdoor concert? Contact The Stone Pony, but lotsa space to stand.
Play it on the safe side, be there at the required time, Play it safe.
All doors and restrooms are accessible. A large section to the side of the stage is marked and sectioned off for handicap access. For any specific policy I would contact the venue directly. Staff is all very helpful and friendly.
box office is open 12 - 5 every day except Tuesday, it's also open at night when there is a show
Call the stone pony or go to their website
All shows have different start times
Call box office in the afternoon or go to the website
Call or go to the website, box office opens in the afternoon
You can't come and go unfortunately.
All concerts at the Pony will go on outside and cancel if it rains. I was there during an impromptu storm and they only let in as many people that thwy could hold inside till it stopped and then the show went on
You really should be calling the Stone Pony about that.
No seats. Porta potty and inside bathroom is available
If it says summer stage it will be outside but they move the shows inside if weather is bad.
This band's songs are generally for a more mature audience. Cursing and adult themes. I don't know if the venue has a policy on ages.
No, they wouldn't even let my friend bring her camera in.
Inside
No any age trust me. I know the owner and the management team and everyone that work there
Usually the doors open an hour or so earlier than the show.
Indoor no seating.
Depends on the band's management not the pony's
Depends on show. Best to call them and ask. Umphrey's M puts on a great show!
Look on their webpage or facebook page.
If its summer stage 6ish they have a strick curfew
Some shows have an under age area designated.
New date has not been announced yet
The Halestorm and In This Moment show was cancelled and will be rescheduled or tickets refunded. Please go to the Stone Pony Facebook page for more details.
No chairs, but they should allow a wheelchair. However, she may have to be in the back or on the side where it is safer.
Just like any other outdoor concert, it depends on how hard its raining. They can proceed or postpone. No chairs, so expect to stand.
Make sure you are buying from them and not an on line scalper.
Their website should tell you about each show with age restrictions
You would have to ask an employee. They would have the number provided by the fire department.
Yes... call box office for hours offers
Lots of places on cookman but the pony is mostly a music venue
I belief so unless if weather is holding back agreed call box office
Yes
Handicapped is free. Just a few spots that i can see
If the event is marked All Ages, then yes, obviously you'll want to make sure the event is age appropriate.
There was a coat check, but we didn't use it. As we used the smoking section outside in the back of the pony.
Outside shows are typically listed as Stone Pony Summer Stage
Parking is recommended at the meetered lot next to the venue, as for doors opening check stone pony website or where you purchased tickets.
They have a table set up down the way from the outdoor box office. Also theres a sign. Ive used will call and its always been easy and awesome.
I looked on the stone pony website and it doesn't say the show is on the summer stage. So that means it is inside.
No
