I had an account showing on my credit that I was completely unaware of. I hadn’t received any mail or voicemails regarding the matter either. I called in and was going to just pay it in full regardless. I spoke with Jessica, and she did advise the company doesn’t leave voicemails and expressed how that can make things difficult on our side. She was able to give me a discount on the balance and was willing to help remove it from my credit due to the fact I never received mail regarding it as well because they had the wrong address. Collection company’s are usually a nightmare to deal with and she made it a little more pleasant and easier to resolve.
