Sierra Smith at the Navasota Tx location should not be a manager nor should she have anything to do with customers! Rude, disrespectful and mouthy. She's very unfriendly and didn't offer one once of help resolving a situation. This was the absolute worse experience I've encountered at any food establishment across 52 states. I selected 1 star because that is the default. This review warrants a ZERO. Corporate follow-up, you bet i will!!!

Just got home after ordering my pizza...ordered Double pepperoni and jalapenos. Special note: cut into squares...none of this happened. I got like 10 pepperoni...not cut in squares...when it is all done online and specifically spelled out of what the customer wants and pays for...there should not be room for error...it was not like you misunderstood me...or did not hear me...it us spelled out for you!!! UGGG...so frustrating!

Our ministry paid $977 for an order to be delivered to a local prison for a Revival we put on. Upon delivery the driver, James, said we needed to pay and additional $160 for his delivery fee. When I called the store manager, Martha, she made no apologies and said that's what they charge for out-of-area deliveries (two trips). However, the prison is only barely outside of their area at 7 miles away, and the biggest issue is that we were not told ahead of time about this charge, so it was not part of the budget.
