Online bill pay is incredibly broken. Every time you go to pay it says your password is wrong making you jump through hoops to reset it.

I CALLED WATER ONE THIS MORNING AND RECORDING SAYS PUSH "1" FOR ENGLISH! I TOLD CS REP THAT OFFENDS ME. SHE SAID THERE ARE MANY LANGUAGES IN THE USA NOW. I SAID THIS IS AMERICA AND ENGLISH IS OUR LANGUAGE ALL OTHERS ARE SECONDARY. DIGUSTING. WHAT IS HAPPENING TO THIS COUNTRY. Plus they charge you to pay your bill. Ridiculous.

Update: A rep took me thru a process by which I could consistently log in. However, the system is still not user-friendly!***Earlier review: It's sad. I just went to pay my bill...tried to log in, and I got an error msg that says my account is LOCKED. FIRST ATTEMPT since last time I paid my bill. Why is that????

If you’re seeing pink stains on the inside of your toilet, bathtub or shower, it’s usually not a problem with water quality, instead, it’s likely the result of airborne bacteria that finds a home on moist surfaces. The film is usually found as a ring that accumulates at the water line in the toilet bowl or on shower doors, sink drains, bathtubs, and pet bowls. The bacteria that causes these pink stains is Serratia Marcescens, which is found naturally in the environment. The airborne bacteria thrive on moisture, dust, and phosphates. The best way to eliminate the bacteria is to use a bleach-based cleaner. Occasionally flushing toilets that are not used very often can also help reduce the bacteria growth.
