What a bunch of jokes working in the office. First they approved my application Then they told me that they were going to give me the app key one day and then they told me the key was for the next day. There was never a next day. Next they came up trying to get my job history for the last 2 years We tries to get everything ready and then after a few day dealing with them they came back telling me that my credit was not good for them. And bla bla bla. Im sorry but if you cant work or hold your promises you not work with people. This place is a joke. All these days my app was approved and then out of the sudden im not approved anymore. Let me tell you that i got approved for at least 3 more apartment even more expensive than these freaking apartments

My fiancé and I came in not knowing nothing about how to proceed with getting a place. One specific kind hearted woman has helped us the entire time and made sure we understood everything, that kind hearted person was Andrea Foy! I definitely/highly recommended working with her. As for how we feel about The Pointe as of now, the parking is horrible we have to walk from clear in the back with our 3 month old in freezing weather. The trash valet picks and chooses when they want to pick up your trash, in our opinion THE DUMPSTERS NEED TO BE GIVEN BACK! You can’t walk along the lake or around the community without seeing or almost stepping in dog feces.

We just moved in about a week ago but we already love it there so much. The staff is very friendly & professional, the amenities are unrivaled by anyone else in town. Great gym, gigantic relaxing pool, the fishing pond, the leasing office, game room, large dog park, perfect location right in Valley Ranch shopping center. Literally the only 2 places we’d ever need to leave Valley Ranch for is the mall or Walmart. Overall it has the same “feel” as a 5 star vacation resort. It doesn’t even feel like an apartment community. I feel like we’re on vacation there.
