I’m so disappointed in the service that this place has given me today! It’s clear that this is a new owned establishment as the last owners would never treat anyone like this! I ordered via the phone during lunch and I expected the 20 to 30 minute wait that the girl told me but when it came to an hour I called and she said oh well do you want me to refund your money instead of finding a solution. I said no could you call the driver she said OK called him and told me he was three minutes away Another 10 minutes past and I called her back and she gave me the same runaround so I just told her to cancel my order. When the driver arrived he not only had my order with him and told me that they told him to go to Foxchase cancer center -1.45 mins ago…regardless I spoke to the owner as requested and he acted like I was wrong! I guess we need to find a new lunch special place to go as we really used to love quigs but they clearly could care less about their customers being happy.The owner recently replied and again verified that he could careless about where we go in the future!
