Absolutely awful communication!! Added to my stress and anxiety. They're all over the place!

I was supposed to have appointment today at 9:20am with prescriber after not seeing email with link to go into waiting room I waited 15 minutes to see if prescriber would call me and they didn't so I finally called and because it was 20 minutes after my appointment I now gotta wait another 48 hours to get my meds. Was very disappointed that the prescriber couldn't just get on phone beings it wasn't my fault and it was only 20 minutes. Prescriber should have to call patient as well to see if they got email if the patient not in waiting room instead just assuming we did and then us as patients get screwed.

For someone savvy this is not the place for you. Communication is very limited Practices very young and inexperienced. There is a disconnect with them director who doesn't seem to know what is going on in the office. Some unprofessional incidents occurred with the nurse practioner. Very disappointing!

Kind of helpful, program is good but too short and even when they tell you your payment is $0 based on your income, you’ll still get a bill in the mail. Awesome. Thanks for adding to my depression and anxiety.

Yes, there is a parking lot in the back of the building.

I have a problem with Drug Addiction and Anxiety is this a place that can come and talk to about it. PS i have Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance
