An officer treated me with absolutely with nothing but disrespect. Instead of instructions he could have easily given me, he treated me with condescension. Even waved bye bye to me in a very childlike manner after I had to call dispatch to figure out where I needed to go. Either it's a bad officer, or the whole department needs a course in ethics with the public. Either way it deserves a 1 star.
