UPDATED REVIEW: After driving my truck for a couple weeks I noticed it was not aligned completely. My truck also leans. I measured the distance from the bumper to the fender on each side and it’s 1.5 inches difference. My windshield was cracked during the accident and it was supposed to be fixed and wasn’t. After looking at the original bid, the windshield was included, and there was no reason for it to not be fixed. After I contacted Higgins about the three noticeable issues I was told” our system says that your truck was aligned” she also told me I’d be better off fixing the windshield somewhere else. Thus costing me money rather than the d-bag who caused the accident. She also said that she would have someone call me. They called me, but I was at work and that was the only attempt to try and rectify this. After getting into an accident I was recommended to go to Higgins. I would not recommend Higgins.
