Went to mail some packages today and as we approached the area the person responsible for the area rolled his eyes at us...didn't great us and didn't even hand us the receipt. My husband needed to go back and get it and got a ride comment from the cashier because he had to get off the phone. Was very disappointed in the service.

Went to mail a package and was having trouble getting my package sticker from my phone and the the women behind the ups counter was very helpful (her name started with a T)..great customer service.
