If you take the class and pass our written and roadtest we give you the paperwork to take to motor vehicle to get the endorsement.
They will send you an email with everything you need to bring. Most importantly you need a helmet, driver's license, gloves, full sleeve shirt, boots, all the paperwork that was sent to you that needs to be filled out, a certificate of completion for the online course.
You get training, written test, & driving test. If completed you then can get the endorsement on your license. In essence yes you get the license but still need the dmv to endorse
You can do the class, but not the license ... teachers in NJ are only certified for here when teaching here
