Management review : I applied for a position. Was told I would hear back about my interview the following day. Never heard back. A weekend past and I called the facility Monday and Tuesday the following week and asked politely if someone would call me back. Never heard from them. I understand if I didn’t receive the position but would have liked to hear that as I was promised I would. Not only is it disappointing that there was a lack of communication but more so that a nice facility charged with such responsibility is unable to handle a phone call. I now have a job that I love and was totally ok not receiving the position yet the management here is classless and tasteless and as you now see highly unprofessional.

My mother was in a very nice assisted living facility in California. When we moved to Utah, we brought her with us and looked for another good assisted living facility. We are thankful she chose Springville Ashford Assisted Living. They treated her and all her family with great care and concern. The food in the cafeteria is excellent. Her children often enjoyed having lunch with her in her cafeteria. We would all recommend Ashford Assisted Living to anyone needing care.

My dad had the privileged of living at Ashford in the memory care unit for just over 2 years. This is the best place for loved ones. The staff are very caring. They treated my dad with courtesy and respect. I was impressed with the activities they have for the residents. The first Christmas he was there I went to visit him early in the morning. The head nurse and her husband were there dressed as Christmas Mice, and singing and dancing with the residence. What a wonderful site! I'll remember my dad with fond memories at Ashford.

We made the best decision by placing our parents in Ashford Assisted Living & Memory Care. It was difficult to do, but when we saw the quality of care they would be receiving there it was much easier. The food was delicious and the CNAs working round the clock for them had such a cheery attitude. They could have been annoyed with our parents but instead responded to their requests cheerfully. We were also able to communicate with the director quickly with each need we had and she had so much patience with us. We truly felt that this was the best possible home for our parents to live at. It is a beautiful place!

We have less than 50 rooms in our assisted living and all our rooms could accommodate a king size bed easily. We’d love to have you come see our community and we can show you around.
You could try calling the Mapleton location and see if they know. Probably best bet for an answer would be during the regular workday M-F 8-5.
