Stonehenge Springville is awesome. The PA Amanda is caring and knowledgeable. Samantha the social worker truly cares about each and every resident and their therapy/nursing services are on point. You won’t go wrong with Stonehenge Springville.

Be careful where you put your family members. If you're not a model patient they will start poking fun at them and even use songs as a reference point. No back bone week administrator. Some nurses there are amazing others lazy and unresponsive. They can do things wrong but if you do things wrong you get backlash.What's the word Hypocrite. Take as you may.

My mother stayed here to heal. The night staff is absolutely rude and don't care about the patients. Worst care anyone who is healing can get. The rooms are either way too hot or freezing. My mother is constantly ignored for her needs, and they are rude to her if she asks for anything. Her first day there she was talked down to like a child. This place needs to be reported for elderly abuse and neglect.
