It was a wonderful experience living at the Springs because of all the amenities, the security and the apartment itself with our handicapped parking place at our front door. The location was superb as our doctor, restaurants and shopping were a minute away. But the best thing about living at the Springs is the staff. Always so helpful and smiling and wanting you to be happy and comfortable. Organizing events for all and going the extra mile that you just don't find anywhere else. They made it a point to be very personable. I am talking about Katie Levasseur the community manager, Nate and Jo. They were and are wonderful !

After living here a year, I have nothing but good things to say about the Springs at 2534. The staff is wonderful - always responsive, accommodating, and polite. I can't say enough nice things about the maintenance team, especially Jo, who literally jumped into the freezing lake when my dog decided to chase after the pesky geese in the middle of winter! She truly saved his life, and I'm forever thankful.

I am a dog walker in our community for an Irish setter mix. Today I was walking him around our geese laden pond when he decided it would be fun to chase them, thus ending up in the partly frozen water. A neighbor called the office, and reached Nate who immediately contacted Jo who was out on property. She was there in a less than a minute, running like an Olympian, dove in ice water and saved him. Without these two acting like they did, it could have been a very different outcome. I am (and his owner) are always amazed at this staff, but Nate and Jo went above and beyond anything I thought possible! They also checked on him several times after that. I ask myself "where else could I live to have these two people know our dogs and care as much." My answer is "probably nowhere". Thanks is not enough, but their answer is "We're just doing our job." I love them. They are a real treasure here

A wonderful place to call home! Even though we only stayed here a short time...our experience was great! The entire staff and management team are wonderful! Nate & Katie really went above and beyond...one of the greatest leasing team/maintenance team we have seen. During our lease we had an issue with our dryer...it wasn't drying well...the maintenance team was amazing...they were friendly, informative and they communicate everything from start to finish. They addressed our issue immediately and were very helpful. They even wore shoe covers to keep our home clean. The location is great and it's very peaceful. Our downstairs neighbors were incredible as well, even though we had two small children and living on the second floor...our downstairs neighbors greeted us with a smile every single day, we are definitely going to miss them! The people here really do make this place above everywhere else! It's also very pet friendly (if you have pets) and the car wash on the property is great to have! Thank you Nate, Katie, and your maintenance team for everything!
