Lots of delays to get our prints. When we finally received them they were very low quality very pixelated.. they were meant to be sent to grandparents. Definitely not worth it get the most basic class picture just for the kids.

My school just switched to this company. The prices are SO much higher than lifetouch. You have to pay for background.. like really?! Im purchasing digital (which is also too expensive) and printing with Shutterfly ( who btw is partnered with freakin lifetouch). Hopefully we switch back to lifetouch next year. I know I’m not the only complaining parent.

Update 08.17.22: Finally after 5 months of going back and forth and threatening with reporting them to BBB I received the school picture which turned out to be very decent looking (and white print that looks much better than black!) 1. They use tiny black print for name and grade at the bottom of the school portrait so you can’t read it unless you try really hard. 2. I ordered and paid for class picture and I have yet to receive it five months after… Mind you the picture was promised to me at the end of school year, we are now in August. All requests are met with ridiculous and unhelpful answer. Please go with Lifetouch or anyone else for that matter before using this company.

The business is celebrating its 100th year and the staff are kind, humorous and patient. Everything is in house with a great program for training editors and product specialists. The location is beautiful and they're expanding. I interviewed and enjoyed the experience.
