The worst.!!!!! Did not pick up my trash and then hung up,on me when I complained about it. My trash was put out upon my awakening at 7:00 AM. Saw neighbors trash not picked up at the time. I observed trash istill not picked up at other dumpsters in the development as late as 11:00 A.M as I awaiting to bring my dumpster inside. Finally called after 3:00 PM. Arrogant and ignorant with no effort to solve issue. Wish I could get rid of them. Bernard Krieg

WM subcontracts to them for my recycles pickup. 3 weeks ago the truck stopped taking them after many years. They still pick up the trash, though. I called WM and went through the pompts, went online at WM and did a virtual agent to report it. The virtual agent said a ticket had been created. After 2 weeks nothing happens. After 3rd week I call Opdenaker and told them the problem and they said I have to go through WM. I told them I did, but I only have contact with Opdenaker and want to know why they stopped picking up my recycles. They checked my account and no outstanding balances or reports on the account, but they can't do anything I have to go through WM. I explain again that I did. I told Opdenaker that the problem is their driver and could they ask him why he stopped picking up and they said they agree, but won't talk to the driver because they're subcontracted to WM and they have to resolve this. That's Bull!!! If you have a contractor working on your house, but they subcontract part of the job, but you see that the subcontractor is messing up, you will stop the subcontractor to rectify the situation and yes, include the contractor. BUT fix the problem!!! Don't make the customer run around in circles trying to get one of you to fix your problem!!!!!!!!!!!

I can't wait to fire this company as my residential trash collector! - their workers go through our trash. - they leave garbage everywhere. - they never take anything that's slightly too large to fit inside of a trashcan. - they wanted $160 to dispose of a couch. - their billing is inconsistent and they raise their rates without notice. - today was the final straw... they stole my sons scooter - that wasn't even close to the trashcans. My advice to everyone... FIND SOMEONE ELSE!

Poor customer service. Scheduled for pick up on Tuesdays. Will they show up on Tuesdays? Maybe, maybe not. This week, the recycle truck came through on Friday. My recycle bin was back in my garage. Called customer service. Send them back so I an get my recycle stuff picked up. "We can't, they are out of the area." They were just here 10 minutes ago. "They are out of the area. You can throw your recycle stuff out in the regular trash." Really??? I really detest dealing with idiots.
