On the website, the Laboratory Hours are clearly stated as 7am to 315pm. I drove from an hour away to take my elderly Father to get Bloodwork & arrived at Registration @305pm. We were told that the "Laboratory now closes at 3pm, but the website wasn't updated". The three women there were apologetic and clearly felt bad. I had called earlier in the afternoon to ask a question, but of course could not get through to anyone at the Lab. This is a prime example of POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Note to the Tower Health & Chestnut Hill Management Team: When you change the hours of a particular department, please be considerate of Patients and kindly update the online records. It would also be nice if the Laboratory would answer their phone. Folks at Tower Health reached out to me and fixed issues. All sins forgiven!

Arrived early for an ultrasound and was warmly greeted by Natasha at output registration. Hopefully she gets more assistance as registration gets quite busy. Process didn't take long was then directed to radiology. Shama, my tech was Amazing. She was king, gentle and explained each step. Definitely an experience reassuring professional. Big kudos! Please request EVS clean the floors in the rooms and put bags in trash cans in this area!

Horrible experience here from getting attended to the financial side where they refuse to listen and are just money hungry. Staying home is a better option than coming here anytime no matter what your problem may be. Trust me on this one

Yes but you must wear a mask,and visiting hours are over at 8 pm and phone calls to a patient stop at 11pm.so patients can rest.

I believe they accept all the major health insurances for emergency visits. If its an appt to see a specific provider/specialist it's best to give them a call directly and ask.
