I left a review about this a while ago from my other account and it says the review is public on said account, but it’s not actually a visible review on google .. shocking, i wonder why? So, let me summarize what this establishment put me through when i was 17 in 2018. I will preface this by saying if this place is your only option especially as a minor, you should go regardless, but maybe now if you experience the same general lack of consideration and adequacy I did, it won’t be as confusing, unexpected, and hurtful as it was for me! •Didn’t treat my concerns with seriousness or genuity; on phone or in office. They only asked those standard questions which is important, but there was no treatment of me as an individual human (a minor at that) with personal situations & needs. They didn’t inquire and suggest possibilities at all about my problem. •Did a blood test and they “didn’t have a record for it” one/two weeks later so I went back to redo that, and also ask for the swab test that they were supposed to suggest to me and do the first time around. •Didn’t ask my consent or even tell me they were going to insert speculum, didn’t explain the tool at all. Went straight from the bare minimum questions to “”Okay someone will be in to get ‘a sample’.”” There was a lack of information provided to me about everything going on. •Apparently they had no record of me as a patient, my given samples, or my test results following the TWO described visits.

Absolutely awful treatment from the receptionist. She needs to be relieved of the job, she is cold and compassionless. Immediately threatened to call the police because I came in upset that I was late and couldn't find the building for an abortion appointment. What a monster.
