I love shopping everyday at Moms Market, but today I just experienced thee worst customer service from a manager, that go by the name Leandro. I saw a price and the register rang up a different price, the manager comes with a different price I saw different, like he just changed the price and I am blind. He spoke with such harsh anger towards me, for stating I saw a different price, remind you I visit this location four times a week. He called me abuse for speaking in a pleasant voice about the price I seen, when he thee one abuse me, by responding to me in a unprofessionalism way and with very harsh anger. Moms Market is a very nice store and customer do not deserve to walk in and receive this service, especially from a manager. I am sure Moms Market train their higher end managers to conduct themselves in a professional way. I had no hostile towards the manager, like he had towards me, now I feel uncomfortable to shop at this location. Manager stated I accuse him of fraud, please learn your grammar, it’s not fraud, for a lot of business have errors with pricing of items, that is NORMAL thing, we all have errors, for you did not had to take offense at all. To the manager, please conduct yourself in a professional way towards your regular customers in any situation may occur, and never react the way you treated me with a very harsh anger.
