Absolute nightmare trying to interact with this organization. Many many phone calls, attitude, unhelpful, never call you back... already in a terrible personal situation and then to deal with this.

Refused my 18 year old Autistic kid his meds that work for him and tried to give him medication that would cause him to act out violently he refused all meds luckily. This place is horrible. At his 302 Hearing never mentioned he was autistic and why he was refusing their meds. They refused to actually help. Avoid at all costs.

Place is for containment, I get that. They blanket the harshness with wishy washy groups that aren’t constructive. Most just seemed tired of doing their job. Healing is hard when you’re surrounded by toxic negativity and backwards policies. Emergency services provided, yes. Comfortable, no. If you aren’t strong enough to handle schizos yelling slurs at you while you sleep, maybe suck up your depression.

I worked for them a while back. Top notch professionals. They deal with very difficult clientele. They save lives.

They will not communicate with the family. They will also take the patient off any daily meds they take even if they are psych meds prescribed by a doctor.
