Offered to refund me the full amount, less shipping, for a remote I ordered and ended up not needing. If you need to return anything, do not lose your tracking no. as they try to tell me they never received my package. Luckily I found my shipping receipt and my refund was immediate.

I walked in here and no one greeted me or helped me. After making a complaint from a stand point of how I felt (based off how I’m usually treated) when entering stores, the manager commented and explained how they like to operate differently then what’s most common. My apologies for my comment, and thank you for your explanation. I think it’s a great idea to begin greeting each and every person that takes the time to come inside. It’s welcoming, and it let that person know your there. A simple “ Hi, welcome. If you need anything just ask.”

I needed a part for an electric base I purchased. I found it here at a reasonable price. I wasn't sure it was the correct one so I called and got a PERSON! Very nice. Understood my issue. Assured me it was correct and offered free return shopping if he was wrong. I called back with a shipping question. I got the SAME PERSON. He upgraded my shipping at no charge (it wasn't a requirement from me - he offered). Item arrived quickly and was correct. It's nice to deal with PEOPLE and not chats. Extra nice to get the same person who remembers speaking with you!!

My mom has had a 5 level spinal fusion and recently 2 compression fractures in her thoracic spine. She ordered a bed frame that raises up and down and it came, but the power cord was damaged. After the fiasco of trying to get a new cord ordered, the company sent her another one, but it was the wrong part. After being told the power cord was on backorder until May, I decided I would take matters into my own hands and try to find her a compatible power cord. I came across Bradley Furniture on Amazon and texted Matt for help. He had the part in the mail to me and it arrived 2 days later. He gave me free priority mail shipping. I am SO thankful for this company!!

As of summer 2021 per CDC recommendations, Facemasks are no longer required for vaccinated customers. All of our staff is vaccinated and we will wear masks for any customer who comes in with a mask for their protection. We try to maintain social distancing at all times
