They don't do their jobs right despite me calling them multiple times and confirm my info. Mentally incapable staff both in change center and this place.

Last i checked they were mailing them out instead of issuing them in-person. You can call for a replacement card.
Yes, you can apply online at the PA Compass website. You will need to print out the confirmation page and then mail it in along with a copy of your ID and other supporting documents listed on the confirmation page that you will print. The library offers free use of their computers and printers in case you don't have access to them at home.
You are able to go in now
I will find out tomorrow
You can either go to the office OR complete the application online at https://www.compass.state.pa.us/compass.web/Public/CMPHome (Google "PA Compass Benefits" and you'll see the website to click on). From the website you will fill out all of your personal information and at the end you'll need to print out the confirmation page along with a page that lists all the documents you will need to bring to your appointment. For faster service, you have the option to upload the documents from their website. Make sure you take everything with you (Driver's license or state ID, birth certificate, social security card, proof of address like a bill or lease etc.) If you do not have access to a computer, the free library provides free access to one but I believe it's a dime per page to print. Best wishes to you!
Call the access center
No.
No unfortunately everything is on line now.
Go to or call the office
Google compass PA . I'm not sure if the exact site is compass.pa.org so Google it to make sure. Then look around for the links that say "Apply for benefits" or "Do I qualify for benefits?" Then follow the steps and you will get emergency benefits and a telephone interview. Or you could always just look up you local DPW Office and go there. Bring ID, SSN, Income verification etc. Hope this helps.
You might have to go in in person. They will ask you for proof of new address. But call your case worker first see if they are doing anything face to face.

You still have time to take care of that today.

Yes

I need the tax number please thank you
Yes... Generally, individuals who are non-citizens and who have a “qualified non-citizen” immigration status ARE ELIGIBLE to enroll in Medicaid or CHIP, if they are otherwise eligible for Medicaid or CHIP in the state (i.e., meet income and state residency criteria). Undocumented immigrants are NOT ELIGIBLE. I recommend that you go into their office for more information and to confirm that you qualify.
You have to contact the office at the customer service phone number listed or visit the office in person.
yes they do have myCOMPASS PA
