Dr Shobana is a very good doctor. But I am giving low rating because of my bad experience with front desk staff today while trying to schedule an appointment. She seemed very rude and angry while answering the call. There are 2 female staff in the front desk but I don't know the name of this particular staff. Again I felt the same when I went to pick up my forms in person, she was very rude and has no respect for the patient.I might consider switching the doctor because of front desk staff issue. Hope Dr Shobana would notice this.

Excellent and highly knowledgeable doctor and very helpful and caring staff. Doctor Natrajan takes her time to listen and proactively address all my problems. The patient portal is very useful and works great! I wish every doctor is like her.
