I arrived in the morning looking at the schedule on the internet, you were supposed to be open, but the building was closed. there was no schedule on the building itself, I called all the numbers listed on the site and no one answered, also later no one called back

Yes. Check their website. Usually week days during the day and sessions on weekends.
Prices vary on their website but for Sunday, its $7 and skate rental is free.
While there is no minimum age, we do strongly encourage helmets for new skaters and all skaters under the age of 6. A bike helmet or a hockey helmet works well.
